Calling all local community groups, charities, colleges and schools!

The Hive is Four Seasons Shopping Centre’s dedicated space for local community groups to use.
If you’re finding it a challenge to get the right space for your organisation, then The Hive maybe the place for you. It provides free space to groups, charities and enterprises to promote their schemes as well as engage with the general-public.

It is a completely free space to use so whether you want to host an art display, coffee morning, charity fundraising activity or exercise class, the space is available.
With sofas, desks, a children’s area, lockers and coat hangers, it will be like a home from home.

How to make a booking

It’s so easy to do, click here to view our enquiry form. Simply fill in the required fields and press submit. We will then review your enquiry, check availability for The Hive and be in touch to discuss this with you in more detail.

To use The Hive, there are a few things that we will need from you, when you submit your enquiry this will be detailed in the booking check list.

On the day

Please use the Four Seasons customer carpark – this is pay and display so please make sure you have change available. If you are dropping off any equipment, please arrive at service C carpark just before the customer car park and sign in at security.

You will be escorted to the unit and shown around. A member of staff will be with you if you have any questions. Please arrive at 8am to set up. If you need to be in any earlier, let us know and we will ensure we will be there to let you in.
