Asset Value
- To maintain an awareness of and report to the Centre Manager all operational issues that may impact on the value of the property.
Supply Partner (SP) Management
- To assist the Centre Manager in the tendering and placing of contracts relating to the site and to ensure that all Reith Lambert contract procurement requirements are complied with
- To monitor and report on the performance of all SP contracts
- To co-ordinate and lead the monthly KPI meetings with SP’s
- To oversee the SP on-site teams and be the first point of contact for the SP Contract Management team and on-site Lead
- To liaise with the SP’s on monthly reconciliations and verify SP invoices
Property Maintenance
- To ensure that a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programme is in place and undertaken for all landlords’ areas of responsibility and to ensure that tenants meet their leasehold obligations in respect of repair and maintenance.
- To oversee the reactive maintenance program
- To ensure that all void units are inspected and maintained in line with the Client’s instructions and the Knight Frank Promise Void Management Plan
- To compile and maintain all plans and drawings for the centre.
- To ensure that all plant and equipment (including fire equipment) are tested and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications and current legislation; to keep all records of testing and all relevant certificates – to include Void units
- Regular inspections of all parts of the building, including common areas, tenants’ demise and Void units.
- To verify and authorise invoices for goods and services relating to the site.
- To liaise with suppliers on obtaining quotations for required works and collating and present to the CM with recommendations for instruction
- To be the on-site contact for contractors at site
- Oversee the utility supply management to include change of tenancies, submission of monthly reads, and invoice validation and discrepancies.
- To liaise with the Client’s nominated contractors on all Landlord works projects
Tenant Liaison
- To create and maintain good relationships with the tenants.
- To lead the review process of all tenant’s application for works/shop-fits, offering comments/recommendations to the CM and Surveying team
Health and Safety/ Risk Management
- To organise and co-ordinate site work with the minimum risk to health and safety and to comply with legislation, codes of practice and Reith Lambert policies and procedures to include to provision of any necessary risk assessment and method statements.
- Be conversant with the requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and associated legislation.
- To oversee all health and safety matters in the building as required, utilising Riskwise and other record/management systems, ensuring full compliance.
- To oversee all environmental matters relating to the site.
- To ensure that maintenance and building work on site is limited to trained, authorised employees and Reith Lambert/Client approved and competent contractors.
- To ensure that all registers and records are kept up to date.
- To ensure that all relevant works are controlled by an effective permit to work system and where appropriate, ensure that Construction and Design and Management Regulations are applied.
- To ensure assessments of risk are carried out on new equipment, plant, system and COSHH are undertaken and all work procedures arising from them are complied with.
- In the event of an accident or dangerous occurrence ensure that temporary measures are taken to make the area safe, then ascertain the circumstances of the incident and report/liaise with the Director and Enforcing Authority where appropriate.
- Ensure recording of all accidents, incidents and dangerous occurrences and complete reports in accordance with provisions of RIDDOR 95, to investigate any such incidents and implement any identified improvements.
- To liaise with the Client’s and Managing Agent’s insurers in relation to reporting incidents and impairments
- To keep the site’s Operation manual/procedures file is up to date, reviewing it regularly, and ensuring its communication to our on-site staff and tenants where necessary.
- To keep the site’s Emergency/Disaster and Business Continuation Plans up to date and relevant, reviewing it regularly, and ensuring its communication to our on-site staff and tenants where necessary and co-ordination regular training for the on-site team
- To ensure compliance with fire regulations.
- To organise and document routine fire and emergency evacuations, ensuring they are communicated to tenants and contractors.
- To liaise with the Health and Safety Executive, Health and Safety Enforcement Officers and the Fire Officer in order to develop good working relationships.
- To ensure Health and Safety checklists are completed at the specified frequency and action is taken to correct any failings.
- To co-operate with the visits made by consultants and auditors appointed by the Client and Reith Lambert.
- To advice and assist the Centre Manager in the safe and successful planning and delivery of events within the centre to include the provision of specific risk assessments.
Reporting
- To assist the CM with Client reporting by providing relevant information and data
- To ensure that all environmental data is collated effectively
- Ensure Riskwise and Elogbooks are kept update, with weekly updates on outstanding Actions.
Other
- To act as duty manager as and when required, deputising for the centre manager in their absence and on duty weekends (Following training)
- To carry out any reasonable tasks as instructed by the centre manager/surveying team for the benefit of the business.
- To pro-actively offer suggestions/ideas for the more efficient performance of the centre’s business.
Qualifications
(Education and/or Experience): The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill or ability required.
- GCSE/ O-Level standard in English and Mathematics.
- Previous relevant experience in a similar role.
- Computer Literacy: Ability to use Microsoft Office, specifically word, excel, Teams and Outlook.
- Must be well organised with great attention to detail and possess the ability to prioritise a busy workload and undertake a number of tasks simultaneously.
- Must be a team player but have the ability to work on initiative.
- IOSH Managing Safely and NEBOSH General Certificate are desirable and will be encouraged.

Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and deliver an annual marketing strategy and events plan
- Work closely with the managing agents and the Centre Manager to ensure the centre strategy dovetails with the asset’s wider business objectives.
Marketing Campaigns & Events
- Design and deliver high-impact and innovative marketing campaigns that reflect the centre’s positioning, appealing to the wide spectrum of needs and wants of all our visitors
- Curate and deliver a program of targeted, fun and impactful events and place-making activations to elevate the customer experience, to increase footfall and dwell time
- Build strong partnerships with local and national stakeholders to promote the centre as a venue for hosted events.
- Work closely with colleagues within the centre team to ensure that all events are delivered efficiently and safely and that all relevant stakeholders are adequately briefed on all required elements and roles.
- Undertake honest and effective analysis of all campaigns and events, including feedback from tenants and visitors, to ensure genuine, continuous improvement.

Digital & Content Marketing
- Oversee the management and development of the centre’s website and digital assets
- Manage and deliver the ongoing social media strategy by curating exciting and relevant content across all platforms, including powerful influencer and stakeholder partnerships.
- Work closely with our tenants to showcase their offer in an exciting way to help drive their sales.
- Stay aware of trends and developments across all platforms to capitalise on viral moments and opportunities.

- Regularly monitor analytics to ensure and develop delivery to achieve maximum reach.
Tenant & Stakeholder Engagement
- Oversee relationships with creative, PR, and media agencies
- Work closely with tenants to support their own marketing initiatives and maximise their integration into centre campaigns and events.
- Nurture genuine and productive relationships with local stakeholders to optimise the benefits of joint activity and gain relevant local intelligence.
- Attend local events and meetings to represent the centre, being a true ambassador for Mansfield
- Work with the Centre Manager, to plan and deliver an informative, collaborative, and inspiring Retailer Workshop quarterly, to ensure our marketing activities are achieving their business objectives, and use their feedback to shape future strategy.
- Champion the liaison with tenants in terms of collating their monthly turnover performance.
- Produce a quarterly newsletter to keep out tenants informed
- Attend the monthly portfolio marketing group meetings to share best practice and maximise portfolio objectives and activity
Customer Insights, Analytics & Reporting
- Obtain and interpret relevant data and research to understand the centre’s customers and catchment.
- Use data and insights to understand customer behaviour, and track campaign performance and ROI, to inform strategic decisions.
- Monitor competitor activity and retail trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Specifically record, review, and interpret tenant sales performance, footfall and anecdotal feedback to shape and review the marketing strategy.
- Prepare and present monthly marketing reports for the Asset Management team.
- Provide regular (formal and informal) reports to the Centre Manager on all aspects of the marketing function.
Budget
- Manage the marketing budget for the centre effectively, ensuring maximum value for money and maximum ROI on all expenditure.
- Work with the Centre Administrator to check and verify marketing invoices for payment
General
- Support the Centre Manager and other colleagues with the day-to-day management of the centre.
- Ensure all Health & Safety policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
- Undertake all other reasonable requests from the Centre Manager, Asset Managers or Managing Agent colleagues.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3+ years of marketing experience in a hands-on and customer-facing marketing role
- Degree in Marketing, Placemaking, Communications, or a related field (Desirable but not essential)
- Experience in event creation and managing a number of projects simultaneously
- Hands-on digital marketing expertise and a flair for compelling content creation, in addition to a strong technical understanding of all current and emerging platforms
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (ideally within a retail environment)
- Proven experience of managing a marketing budget
- Experience of working with/in creative agencies/PR agencies, and media

Job Summary:
Four Seasons Shopping Centre, a prominent retail destination in Mansfield, Notts is seeking a dependable, experienced, and skilled Maintenance Operative to join our facilities team.
Working closely with our M&E supply partner and our Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for general maintenance tasks, repairs, and general upkeep of the shopping centre’s infrastructure and plant, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our customers, tenants, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Performing general maintenance tasks, including painting, basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC maintenance.
- Conducting and recording routine inspections of the shopping centre to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
- Responding to maintenance requests from centre management and tenants promptly, escalating issues where required.
- Assisting with the setup and dismantling of seasonal displays, signage, and promotional setups.
- Monitoring and maintaining tools and equipment, ensuring they are in safe working condition.
- Support emergency response efforts, such as attending to leaks, power outages, or minor fire safety issues.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a hands-on maintenance worker, caretaker or in a similar role.

- Basic plumbing, electrical (Light changing), carpentry, and mechanical skills. Electrically qualified preferred, but not essential.
- Ability to read technical manuals and drawings/plans to support work and problem solve.

Job Title: Part-time Sales Assistant

Retail Assistant – 21 to 35 hours per week
Collections is a busy, friendly and long established Mansfield fashion store – serving a range of customers in terms of age, budget and style!
Aswell as stocking menswear for all occasions, Collections also hires and sells high end wedding wear, which is a popular side of the business.
The successful applicant should;
• have strong customer service skills, and be able to provide a personal shopper experience
where required
• have retail experience (not essential)
• be reasonably flexible with availability
• be a good team player and able to work alone on tasks too
Aswell as customer services, this role also includes shop floor maintenance, such as stock replenishment, cleaning, maintaining wedding orders and shop displays. The job does involve working on a computer – for the till system, website updates and social media posts.
Full training will be provided in building both confidence and ability of the successful candidate.
Hours can be varied to suit both business and applicant, but from 21-35 hours per week is expected.
