If you are considering starting up a new retail business, we now have a unique facility for you in Four Seasons! We can provide you with a shiny new recently refurbished shop space with a short-term lease, fixed fee and no hidden costs.
The shop space is 1,323 sq ft and you can use the full space or partial space at a cost pro-rata. You can also share the space if you have somebody willing to share the cost with you.
It’s a newly-refurbished unit with all of the furniture included in the weekly charge – also covering; rent, rates, service charge, utilities and basic social media promotion.
Cost: £250 per week plus VAT
Duration period: 1 week to 6 weeks
